Dr. Jeffrey S. Brown is a graduate of Allegheny College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed a combined residency at Boston University and Tufts University in 1991. Dr. Brown has been in practice with Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants since 1991, operating at Winchester Hospital and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. He is board certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Brown is an Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. He has a special interest in infections of the ear, nose and throat and in pediatrics. Dr. Brown served on the Winchester Hospital Continuing Education Committee from 1992 to 2014. He was Chief of ENT at Winchester Hospital for 10 years and is currently serving as Chief. He has been a member of the Infection Control Committees at Winchester Hospital and Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary for over 20 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Society of Otolaryngology since 1999 and was President from 2015 to 2017. He has served on the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He was a Delegate to the Mass Medical Society and was on the Board of Surgeons at the Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary. He has taught third year Tufts medical students about diseases and treatment of the ear, nose and throat since 1991.
Dr. Brown enjoys spending his off-hours with his family, as well as cycling, gardening, skiing, playing the bass and dabbling in photography.
