Biography
Dr. David Bowling has more than 20 years of clinical experience in the community. He joined Mass. Eye and Ear, Medford in 2014 after serving as the Medical Director of Otolaryngology at Mass. Eye and Ear, Stoneham. Before joining Mass. Eye and Ear in 1994, Dr. Bowling served as Lieutenant Commander, Medical Corps, in the United States Navy Reserve. He also held the position of Otolaryngology Department Head of the Groton Naval Hospital.
Dr. Bowling frequently performs myringotomy and tube placement, tonsillectomy/ adenoidectomy, sinus surgery, septoplasty, ear surgery, parotid/salivary gland surgery, and larynx surgery. He has a particular interest in sinus disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and salivary gland disease.
